1. Who we are
This Cookie Policy covers getclientswithbooks.com and all of its subdomains, including secure.getclientswithbooks.com (our done-for-you checkout) and plan.getclientswithbooks.com (the Tinybook Development Plan page). In this policy, "the site" means all of these. Each subdomain asks for your cookie choice separately, so you may see the banner again when you move between them.
The site is run by Bestseller Profits Ltd, trading as Get Clients With Books ("we", "us", "our"). We are a company registered in Scotland, company number SC692496. Our registered office is 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh EH2 4AN.
This policy forms part of our Privacy Policy at https://getclientswithbooks.com/privacy. If you have questions, email [email protected].
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include pixels, tags and scripts. These send information about your visit to a provider, or read information from your device.
UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, or PECR) treats all of these in the same way. We need your consent to use them, unless they are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for.
First-party cookies are set by getclientswithbooks.com. Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services run on our pages.
3. The categories we use
- Strictly necessary. These keep the site, forms and checkout working and secure, and remember your cookie choice. They are always on.
- Advertising. The Meta Pixel helps us measure our ads. It only runs if you choose Accept all.
- Site functionality and attribution. Our website platform, HighLevel (also known as GoHighLevel or LeadConnector), sets a visitor ID cookie. It is set whatever you choose. See section 5.
- Cookieless analytics. Some services measure performance or record form and booking events without setting cookies. They still receive your IP address and basic browser information.
4. Your choices
The cookie banner
When you first visit, a banner gives you two buttons:
- Accept all turns on the Meta Pixel.
- Accept essential keeps it off.
The Meta Pixel does not run until you choose Accept all.
We store your choice in a first-party cookie called cookie-config. Its value is essential or all. It lasts 14 days. After that, the banner asks you again.
Changing your choice
At the moment the banner cannot be reopened once you have made a choice. To change your choice, you can either:
- clear the cookies for getclientswithbooks.com in your browser, then reload the page, and the banner will appear again; or
- email [email protected] and we will help.
Browser settings
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers also let you block third-party cookies or trackers. If you block all cookies, some parts of the site, such as checkout, may not work. Your browser's help pages explain how.
You can also control how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
5. The cookies and technologies we use
This list is based on a test of the live site on 20 October 2026. We tested the home page, /join, /call, /software, /success-stories, /book and /order before any choice, after Accept essential and after Accept all. Durations are as seen in that test. Providers can change their cookies, so we review this list regularly.

We did not see any information saved in your browser's local storage or session storage.
5.2 Meta Pixel (advertising)
We use the Meta Pixel (ID 1405274223278918) from Meta Platforms. It tells Meta when you visit our pages, so we can measure and improve our ads. It runs only after you choose Accept all.
To be open with you: when a page loads, your browser may download Meta's base script file from Meta's servers (connect.facebook.net). This happens before you make a choice. It means Meta receives your IP address and basic browser information, such as your browser type and the page you came from. However, the pixel is not set up, no events are sent to Meta and no Meta cookie is set until you choose Accept all. If you choose Accept essential, the script file is not downloaded on later pages.
After you choose Accept all, our website platform also records your visit as a conversion event. This event may be shared with Meta to help us measure our ads.

6. Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a signal some browsers send to say you do not want your information sold or shared. Our cookie banner does not currently act on the GPC signal. If your browser sends it, you will still see the banner and can choose Accept essential.
7. US visitors: Do Not Sell or Share
Under some US state laws, including California's, sharing information with advertising providers such as Meta can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out by choosing Accept essential. To opt out for your account, or for more on your rights, see our Privacy Policy or email [email protected] with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when we add, change or remove tools on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a significant change, we may ask for your consent again.
